Who we are

What we collect
- From people requesting access: the name, business email, business description and expected sales volume you enter in our Request access form.
- From vendors signing up: name, business email, business information, and (for payouts) a cryptocurrency wallet address.
- From buyers making a payment: Flyt itself does not collect card details or KYC documents. Card entry and identity verification are handled directly by our payment partner, Transak, within the checkout page. Transak acts as an independent data controller for that information, governed by Transak’s own privacy policy.
- Automatically: basic technical data (IP address, browser type) via standard web server logs and, if enabled, privacy-conscious analytics.
Why we process this data
- To respond to access requests and onboard new vendors (steps taken at your request prior to a contract).
- To create and manage vendor accounts (performance of a contract).
- To generate and route payment-request links, and to compute and pay out amounts owed to vendors (performance of a contract).
- To detect and prevent fraud or misuse (legitimate interest).
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Who we share it with
- Transak processes buyer payment and KYC data directly; we never see or store buyer card or ID data ourselves.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g. Netlify, our cloud hosting) process data only as needed to run the service.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not share vendor data with third parties beyond what’s needed to operate the service.
International transfers
Where data is processed outside the EEA (e.g. by hosting or infrastructure providers), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data retention
We retain vendor account and transaction data for as long as the account is active, and afterward only as long as needed for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@flyt-tech.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies or analytics at this time. Our website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google when you visit.
